1. Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed after 6 PM IST or on Sundays / public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking ID and courier link.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We partner with leading national couriers such as Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post for reliable door-to-door service across India.

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4 – 7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7 – 10 business days (subject to service availability)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier network conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery PIN code of your order. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or when explicitly mentioned on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp. Please allow 12 – 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier’s portal. If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 3 business days, kindly contact our support team.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. For bulk or international orders, please write to office.beautyflex@icloud.com for assistance with freight and export documentation.

6. Damages & Missing Items

Inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or missing parts. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include an unboxing video clearly showing the package condition. Without this video, we will be unable to process claims.

7. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incomplete / incorrect address or repeated delivery attempt failure, reshipping charges will apply. Please review your address carefully before confirming payment.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Beauty Flex is not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier network issues. We will do our best to support you in tracking and coordinating with the shipping partner.
