Return & Refund Policy

1. 24-Hour Refund Policy (Before Dispatch)

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours of placing your order — no questions asked.
Once the product has been dispatched, a cancellation fee equivalent to the courier and handling charges will be deducted before issuing the refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that beauty equipment, aesthetic machines, and medical devices are non-returnable once delivered and opened.
This policy ensures product hygiene, safety, and calibration integrity.
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement, not refund.

3. Replacement for Defective or Damaged Devices

If you receive a defective or damaged device, we offer a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

• An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the condition of the package and product upon opening.

• No unboxing video = No claim will be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Process

If a return or replacement is approved:

• You will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions via email.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
