3-Year Service Warranty Terms

1. Coverage Period

All clinical-grade devices purchased from Beauty Flex are covered for a total of 3 years from the date of purchase:

  • Year 1 – Manufacturer’s Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects.
  • Years 2 & 3 – Service Warranty: Continued support on a paid-service basis for any required repair or replacement.

2. Manufacturer’s Warranty (Year 1)

  • Covers defects in material or workmanship under normal usage.
  • Defective parts are repaired or replaced at no charge during Year 1 (if covered under manufacturing defect).
  • Excludes consumables, wear-and-tear parts, and any damage due to misuse, mishandling, voltage fluctuation, liquid ingress, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Service Warranty (Years 2 & 3)

  • After Year 1, warranty continues as a Service Warranty until the end of Year 3.
  • Beauty Flex assures paid add-on service for all required repairs or replacements during this period.
  • Professional labor/service support is assured; spare parts, accessories, and logistics remain chargeable.
  • Only original OEM-compatible parts are used to maintain proper calibration and device performance.

4. Onsite Service Option

  • Onsite service starts at ₹2,500; exact charges are based on the customer’s PIN code.
  • Remote assistance via video call and guided troubleshooting is available for faster resolution.

5. Exclusive Benefits for Beauty Flex Clients

  • 30–40% discount on all replacement parts versus standard prices.
  • Original OEM-compatible parts ensure perfect fit, correct calibration, and long-term durability.
  • Pan-India service support from trained technicians with assured parts availability.

6. General Conditions

  • Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and is non-transferable.
  • Use only approved consumables and follow provided operating/maintenance guidelines (e.g., periodic water change, filter cleaning).
  • Physical damage, unauthorized modification/repair, or power issues (including unstable voltage) void the warranty.
  • Warranty applies only to the main component body of the device. All handles, probes, accessories, and display are considered consumable parts and are not covered under this warranty.

7. Mandatory Voltage Stabilizer Requirement

A suitable voltage stabilizer is now mandatory for all clinical and medical devices supplied by Beauty Flex. This is a condition of warranty.

  • The device must always be operated through a voltage stabilizer rated for its full power load. Running the machine directly on raw mains supply is not permitted.
  • Proper earthing / grounding must be ensured at the installation site.
  • Any damage caused by voltage fluctuation, spikes, surges, or unstable power supply—including operating the device without a stabilizer—is not covered and will void the warranty.
  • This requirement applies to both the Manufacturer’s Warranty (Year 1) and the Service Warranty (Years 2 & 3).
Definition: “Service Warranty” (Years 2–3) means Beauty Flex will provide service support for repairs/replacements as required; service labor is payable and spare parts/logistics are chargeable. Manufacturer’s defect coverage at zero cost applies only in Year 1.

8. Low-Range / Salon-Grade Devices (Limited Warranty Terms)

This section applies to selected low-range / salon-grade devices where warranty duration and support method are limited as per invoice.

  • Warranty Duration: 0–6 months (as mentioned on the invoice).
  • Coverage Scope: Warranty is applicable on the main component of the machine and is limited to manufacturing defects only.
  • Other Parts: Replacement for all other parts is available at a charge.
  • Onsite Warranty: Onsite warranty/service is not available for low-range/salon-grade devices.
Process to Claim Warranty (Low-Range / Salon-Grade Devices):
  • The video of the issue must be recorded and emailed to office.beautyflex@icloud.com.
  • Our team and factory will review the video and share troubleshooting guidance or a solution video if it is a technical issue.
  • If the issue is not resolved, the machine must be sent to Beauty Flex for inspection/repair.
  • If the issue is covered under warranty (manufacturing defect), no replacement charges will be applicable for the covered component.
  • If the problem is caused due to human error, wear & tear, mishandling, or usage-related damage, charges will be applicable.

9. Logistics, Transportation & Post-Warranty Support

  • Transportation Charges: In all cases, transportation/shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
  • After Warranty: Eligible customers are offered repair and replace service even after warranty (chargeable).
  • Express Service: Express service support is available via 3rd-party providers at an additional cost.
